The Process
First Contact
Get in touch. We’ll arrange a video consultation to chat about your requirements. I will send you a full quote & breakdown of costs. A 50% deposit is payable before the shoot. The balance is due on the delivery of the images.
Send the Items to Me
You send me your products. Please include sufficient packaging for the safe return of your items. You can also send any props that you would like included in your photos.
Product Shoot
I shoot your products in my home studio. Videography, styling & editing are all included in the price so you can simply sit back & relax!
I have a variety of props/backgrounds available, if you require something specific, you can either source them yourself and ship them with your items or I can source them for you at an additional cost. More information regarding the equipment I use can be found at the bottom of the page.
Footage Delivery
The videos are uploaded to a private online gallery. You can download & use them immediately. You receive a high resolution video ready to be hosted and used. Turnaround time is usually seven to ten days from the date of the shoot.
Items Returned
Once the shoot is complete and Footage is with you, I will carefully package the items in the packaging they came in and return the items to you. Return costs are payable by you the client.
Product Videography Rates
Sometimes a still image can't accurately show the texture or surface of an item. That's where video can shine. Being able to show how both the light and shadow dancing across the form of an item can give your clients an experience as close to holding the physical item without actually doing so.
Day Rate: £400
My day rate for product videography typically includes 6–8 hours of filming and editing.
This rate encompasses the entire production process, including:

Unboxing and assessing the items for individual or group presentations (if applicable)

Setting up professional lighting for optimal visuals

Styling the scene and arranging props (if needed)

Filming smooth, high-quality footage

Post-production editing, including color correction, trimming, and basic effects
The final deliverables will include videos optimized for both high-resolution platforms (e.g., advertising) and compressed formats for web use (e.g., e-commerce websites or social media).
Please note that factors such as the complexity, size, and reflective qualities of the items can influence the process and timing. Before beginning any project, we’ll discuss all requirements in detail and provide a tailored quote to ensure we are aligned on expectations and deliverables.
