The Process
First Contact and Brief Set Out
Get in touch. We’ll arrange a video consultation to chat about your requirements. A 50% deposit for my time is payable before the project starts. The balance is due on the delivery of the printable files or printed goods if that is part of the agreement. Printing costs will need to be paid up front before anything is professionally printed.
Send the Items or Images to Me
You send me your products. Please include sufficient packaging for the safe return of your items. You can also send any props that you would like included in your photos.
If you are supplying the images then please make sure the images are high resolution (300dpi+) and organised ready to be used.
Product Shoot (If Required)
I shoot your products in my home studio. Photography, styling & editing are all included in the price so you can simply sit back & relax! I have a variety of props/backgrounds available, if you require something specific, you can either source them yourself and ship them with your items or I can source them for you at an additional cost.
Image Review (If Required)
The photos are uploaded to a private online gallery. You can download & use them immediately. You receive both high resolution for print use & low resolution for web use. Turnaround time is usually seven days from the date of the shoot.
Design Work Sent for Review and Approval
Following the pre-agreed brief, I will create the draft design and then send them to you to review. Following any changes that are required and final approval and sign off, the printable files will be ready for you to access.
Print Files or Printed Item delivered
If you wish to organise for a printer yourself you will be able to access the printable files.
Or if part of the brief, I will go through the options of paper types and or laminations options before sending the items off to print on your behalf.
All print costs would be discussed with you and once agreed, those costs would need to be paid by you the client before the items are sent to print.
Items Returned (If Used in Shoot)
Once the shoot and images are with you, I will carefully package the items in the packaging they came in and return the items to you. Return costs are payable by you the client.
Print Work Rates
As design and print jobs vary from one to the next, costs will be specific to the job it's requirements.
